Delivering products that solve customer needs remains my passion. I have been in the software industry for the last 13 years. I work as a Product Manager at SolidWorks Corporation, the leading manufacturer of 3D mechanical CAD software that is used by more than half a million users in 80,000 companies in over 100 countries. Market research, requirements analysis, product management, product positioning are some of my pet topics. Interfacing with customers to understand their needs and delivery innovative solutions that solve their unmet needs is what gets me going. Over the last 10 years, I have had the pleasure interfacing and working with a diverse set of customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small-to-medium businesses in more than 13 countries. Over these years, I have had the fortune of working with what I consider the brightest development talent in the CAD/CAM industry. While not having fun thinking about solving customer problems, I enjoy spending time with my family and of course watching New England Patriots play. Go Patriots!!
